Postbox Sweets signature look is sweet, simple and the perfect way to add a special touch to your next event.

Therefore, Postbox Sweets only accepts a limited number of custom orders per month.

Postbox by Kat offers two packages to choose from.

Classic Custom Cookies
Select simple and beautiful designs from Postbox Sweets’ collection of Classic designs. Choose your design and select one color from the Classics color palette to coordinate with your event. Minimum order is one dozen per design Classic Cookies are $66 per dozen

Creative Custom Cookies
The Creative Custom Cookie package includes up to four designs and four colors designed and created
by Kat just for your event. With this package clients will work with Kat sharing details of their event to create a set custom cookie designs unique for you.
Minimum order is two dozen per design The Creative Package Design Fee is $40 plus cost of cookies at $66 per dozen

Classic Custom Cookies are $66 per dozen.

Creative Custom Cookies are $132 for two dozen with a $40 design fee.

Additional cookies are $5.50 each.

The Cookie Club is a three month seasonal subscription featuring a monthly cookie
design created by Kat, owner and founder of Postbox Sweets

Those currently enrolled in Cookie Club will have first dibs to sign up. An email will be sent around 3 to 4 weeks prior to the first pick up date to register for the next season. Newsletter subscribers will next be notified around a week later with a link to sign up. Make sure you are on the Postbox Newsletter list so you don’t miss out! There are a limited number of cookies available. Sign up via the link in our profile.

Cookie Club starts at $90 for six cookies each month for 3 months. Cookies are individually heat sealed and are good for up to two weeks.

For orders of 48 cookies or more a non-refundable deposit of $60 will be required to hold your spot. All other order payment will be due one week before your pick up date.A custom listing will be created for you to pay online at postboxsweets.com once all details are discussed.

Pick up in Homewood, Alabama.
Dates for pick up will be posted on the order page of the website. An address and phone number will be sent in your confirmation email. Please take note of these dates when you order. Postbox Sweets is not responsible for missed pick up. If you need an alternative pick up time, please let us know via email and we will try and accommodate for you.

Unless I’m unable to produce your order this purchase is non-refundable.

I am not responsible for cookies that are not picked up.

Cookies are fragile so please handle with care when transporting them. Do not leave in a hot car or direct sunlight. I’m not responsible for broken cookies once they leave my home. Heat sealed cookies are good for up to two weeks. If cookies are not heat sealed please keep them in an airtight container until party time. This will keep them fresh! 

Postbox Sweets operates under the Alabama Cottage Food Law. This food is not inspected by the department of public health.

Any information we receive will not be sold to third parties. We will contact you about new products but will never sell your Information to other companies.

Sugar Cookies contain: flour, powdered sugar, butter, sugar, meringue powder, eggs, vanilla and almond. 

Chocolate Chip cookies contain: flour, salt, baking soda and powder, butter, light brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips.

These product may contain allergens and are produced in a kitchen where milk, nuts, peanuts, and/or tree nuts are used.

Postbox Sweets is officially licensed by Auburn University.

I do not recreate commercial characters, licensed logos, or monograms/crests from an invitation without permission from the artist.
